工作與休息 Work and Rest
Just as a famous saying goes: All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. It is obvious that people should have adequate rest in order to work hard.
正如一句俗語所說，“學而不息使人變得呆傻”。很顯然，人們應(yīng)該充分休息以便于更努力地工作。
Yet some students, especially those who are preparing for the college entrance examination, are worried about their lessons and spend all their daytime going over them. In their eyes, they should sacrifice their rest time in order to get high scores on tests. As a result, they suffer greatly from poor health and some of them may do poorly in the examinations.
然而許多學生，尤其是那些正在為高考而積極備戰(zhàn)的學生，卻總是擔心自己的功課，從而把全部的時間用于復(fù)習功課。在他們看來，為了在考試中獲得高分，他們應(yīng)該犧牲休息時間。然而，他們的.健康卻嚴重受損，一些人考試時反而做得很糟糕。
In conclusion, we should be aware that nothing is more valuable than health, which is the foundation of one's success. With a poor health, one can hardly succeed in anything he does. Therefore, as students, we should have enough rest to ensure a healthy body to work and study.
總之，我們應(yīng)該意識到，沒有任何東西比健康更重要，健康是成功的基礎(chǔ)。一個人如果身體很差，做任何事都很難成功。因此，作為學生，我們應(yīng)該有足夠的休息以確保身體的強健，從而才能更好地學習和工作。
