臺(tái)灣島 The Taiwan Isle

　　Taiwanlies off the east coast ofFujian Province.It’s an island surrounded by the Pacific Ocean to the east, and theEast China Seato the north.

　　臺(tái)灣位于福建省的東部沿海。這是一個(gè)東部圍繞太平洋，北部圍繞中國(guó)東海的島嶼。

　　Taiwanisthe largest island in our country. The island, which is about 3,6000 square kilometers,has a population of over two hundred million. There are lots of resources inTaiwan. Itsproducts like banana, rice and tea are well-known all over the world. It has agood environment and mild climate. Thousands of people like to come here for traveling.

　　臺(tái)灣是中國(guó)最大的島嶼。島嶼面積大約3600平方公里，人口超過(guò)2億。臺(tái)灣資源豐富。香蕉，大米，茶等產(chǎn)品聞名世界。它的環(huán)境優(yōu)美，氣候溫和。成千上萬(wàn)的人喜歡來(lái)這旅游。

　　Taiwanis part ofChina.Most of people settling there come fromFujianandGuangdong.We Chinese all hope thatTaiwancan return to the embrace of the motherland at an early date.

　　臺(tái)灣是中國(guó)的一部分。大部分在那定居的人來(lái)自福建和廣東。所有的中國(guó)人都希望臺(tái)灣可以早日回到祖國(guó)的懷抱。
