I feel entitled at this juncture, at this time, to claim the aid of all and to say, “Come then, let us go forward together with our united strength.”

I do believe ‘house by limpid water’ will come true. In Shanghai the water will become more limpid, the sky more blue, the air more fresh, and the people more healthy.
