習(xí)慣，不管是好是壞，都是逐漸形成的。當(dāng)一個(gè)人反復(fù)的做某件事時(shí)，他就會(huì)被某種看不見(jiàn)的力量驅(qū)使不得不以同樣的方式再去做這件事，于是習(xí)慣就形成了。習(xí)慣一旦形成，就很難、有時(shí)幾乎不可能改掉。因此，在養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣時(shí)我們都應(yīng)該特別小心，這一點(diǎn)至關(guān)重要。
Good habits have many advantages.Going to bed early and getting up early makes us healthy.Diligence helps to succeed.Honesty helps to win the respect and trust of others.
良好習(xí)慣有著許多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。早睡早起身體好；勤奮助人成功；誠(chéng)實(shí)助人贏得他人的尊重和信任.
If we form bad habits,such as rudeness,laziness,lying and stealing,we might be mined by them.
如果我們養(yǎng)成了壞習(xí)慣，比如：粗野、懶惰、說(shuō)謊、偷竊，我們就可能墮落。
We ought to keep away from bad habits and try to acquire good habits for ourselves and others.
我們應(yīng)該遠(yuǎn)離壞習(xí)慣并努力養(yǎng)成對(duì)己對(duì)人都有好處的習(xí)慣。
