基本句型二：主語＋不及物動詞

此句型的句子有一個共同特點(diǎn)，即句子的謂語動詞都能表達(dá)完整的意思。這類動詞叫做不及物動詞，后面可以跟副詞、介詞短語、狀語從句等。如：

The rain stopped．雨停了。

The old man waited．那老人等著。

本句型的擴(kuò)展：

1．主語＋不及物動詞＋副詞狀語。如：

The machine works smoothly．機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)順暢。

He listened attentively．他認(rèn)真聽講。

2。主語＋不及物動詞＋不定式目的狀語。如：

They stopped to take a short rest他們停下來休息。

He worked hard to make his dreams come true．他努力

工作以實(shí)現(xiàn)夢想。

3. There＋不及物動詞＋主語。如：

There comes the bus．公共汽車來了。
