2) The sample schedule confirmed, dealing with the quality issue and customer
complain ,Work out the SOP，BOM、APQP、PPAP、ECN report which is related to the project(also in English) ,
3) Hold on the meetings about the project plan,customer complaining,pilot run,the
mass-production ,dealing with about the process unusual and product improvement.
During 2006.06-2007.06 I am the product engineer in *********
Be responsible for the project management, including the tooling and the jig, from the sample making to mass production, working out the Flow chat 、SOP、PPAP ,etc
My advantage I think I am honest ,serious,and work hard , When I do something I will do it best. My disadvantage I think , cannot leave a job half-done and usually find myself thinking of possible solutions to problems while I am driving to work or in the shower. I also know I spend too much time in my work., I can't get enough leisure time.”
Advantages: get along well with others, open, polite to people, work seriously. Disadvantages: easy to forget things, stubborn, rush and sometimes less accurate. To correct shortcomings: sometimes change the idea, and can not adhere to a point regardless of right or wrong. improve the accuracy as well as the efficiency
