一、 wonder 作及物動詞

　　1.后接 who ,what ,why ,where 等引導的賓語從句。

　　I wonder who she is.

　　我想知道她是誰.

　　She wondered what the child was doing.

　　她感到疑惑,孩子究竟在干什么。

　　I wonder why Ann is late.

　　我想知道安為什么遲到了。

　　I wonder where they have gone.

　　我想知道他們去哪兒了。

　　2.后接 that 引導的賓語從句,表示“感到驚奇；對……感到驚訝”,that �？墒∪�。

　　I wonder (that) she has won the race.

　　我對她贏了比賽感到驚訝。

　　3.后接 if 或 whether 引導的賓語從句,常用來表示一種委婉的請求或疑問。如：

　　She wondered whether you were free that morning.

　　她想知道你那天上午是否有空。

　　I wonder if he will succeed.

　　我不知道他會不會成功。

　　4.后接動詞不定式短語.如：

　　I wondered to see you there.

　　看到你在那里,我感到驚訝。

　　5.后接“疑問詞＋不定式”構成的短語.如：

　　I'm just wondering how to do it.

　　我正想知道該怎樣做那件事。

　　二、用作不及物動詞

　　I was just wondering.

　　我只不過是好奇而已。

　　Jacqueline says she didn't do it, but I still wonder.

　　杰奎琳說她沒那樣做,可我仍然懷疑。
