　　一、謹慎選擇推薦人。

　　一般來說，推薦人要盡量選擇名氣大的推薦人，比如美國的招生院校就比較看重推薦人和被推薦人之間有過密切接觸和交流的，你可以選擇學院的院長，學術(shù)研究帶頭人，或者是院士之類的名人。

　　老師的話可以選擇任課老師中資格威望較高的，至于實習單位的推薦人可以選擇實習期間直接上司。

　　二、推薦信組成內(nèi)容。

　　1、學習觀念和學習能力。

　　對頂尖的名校而言，面對兩個A等生，較好的學習成績并不能看出學生的.學習過程和學習觀念。

　　有的學生學習效率較低，但是，絕對勤奮刻苦;有的學生學習效率很高，掌握和消化知識的速度很快，然后騰出更多的時間去做其他有意義的事情。

　　所以，不同的學生有著完全不同的學習方法，在推薦信中要表示出自己的優(yōu)勢。

　　2、學術(shù)好奇心和上進心。

　　如果一個學生希望入讀文學專業(yè)，那么，招生官會關(guān)心學生在周末的時候會做什么。

　　會不會抓緊時間一周看一本文學名著?會不會去圍繞某一個名家去做研究?會不會去找導師探討研究方法等等，錄取官需要看到學生是否有濃郁的學術(shù)好奇心。

　　3、綜合素質(zhì)和發(fā)展空間。

　　在推薦信中要表現(xiàn)出學生是各方面綜合發(fā)展的，并不是埋首故紙堆、固執(zhí)己見的窮學究。

　　錄取官希望從推薦信中尋找到學生發(fā)展空間的線索，預想在四年甚至更遙遠的成長空間。

　　三、堅守真實性原則。

　　雖說要盡量顯示自己的優(yōu)點，但也不可把自己塑造成“圣人”，要有一定的真實，即合理寫作，體現(xiàn)申請者合理的優(yōu)勢和特征。

　　在寫作風格上也不要全用套話，盡量寫一些合理的評價語言，可以通過一個具體地事例來體現(xiàn)這些特質(zhì)，并且一定是推薦人和申請者之間的事例。
