【知識點探究】

1.I need neither my heavy winter coat nor my boots now!我既不需要厚重的冬天外套也不需要穿靴子了！

Neither …nor… 意為“既不……也不……”其含義是否定的，可連接任意兩個并列的成分。 但當連接兩個并列主語時，謂語動詞應(yīng)遵循“就近原則”。

例如：Neither my parents nor I am at home today.

其反義詞組為：both…and…

2.The days are getting longer and the sun rises earlier in the morning.

句中g(shù)et 作系動詞，后跟形容詞，意為“變得……”。例如：

Our country is getting richer and stronger. 我們的國家變得越來越富強。

3.Every morning, I see lots of people exercising in the park.

每天早上，我看見好多人在公園里鍛煉。

see sb. doing sth. 表示“看見某人在做某事”。 例如：

I see him going out of the classroom. 我看見他正從教室出來。

同樣， hear sb. doing sth. 表示“聽見某人在做某事”。 例如：

Every morning, we can hear students reading in the classroom.

而 see/hear sb. do sth. 意思為看見/聽見某人做了某事。

4.Others sing and dance. 其它人唱歌，跳舞。

Other 表示泛指，意為“其它的人或物”，與“ other+名詞復(fù)數(shù)”同義。The others 表示特指，與“the other+名詞復(fù)數(shù)”同義。例如：

Some children are playing football, others are playing basketball.

一些孩子在踢足球，其它的孩子在打籃球。

Two boys will go to the zoo, and the others will stay at home.

兩個男孩將去動物園，其余的留在家里。
